Our client is a leading EMS provider & contract manufacturer. They’re looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join their dynamic team.
about the job
- Oversee to ensure timely maintenance of all molding presses, robotic and auxiliary equipment and proper records are done as per instruction machine manual.
- Familiarize with safety precautions before operating the system or carrying out any maintenance activities.
- Work with Production Supervisor in executing preventive maintenance
- Supervise team of Maintenance Technician’s that perform breakdown repair and routine PM program.
- Respond to breakdowns and diagnose root cause analysis.
- Be involved and participate in maintenance routines to ensure that maintenance activities are scheduled and executed in time.
- Make full use of the Machine Management System (MMS)
- Liaise with vendors for repair, fabrication, spare parts and modification work.
- Lead in performance testing, commissioning, qualification (IQ) activities.
- To ensure certification of calibration of machines and auxiliary equipment are updated and able to analyze the outcome of results.
- Identify spares and analyze the requirements and control log usage to ensure quick replacement to reduce downtime.
- Conduct monthly checks and audit of Good Documentation Practices (GDP), ISO 13485:2016, ISO 9000:2015 and of all records.
- To establish training programs on maintenance Technicians
job requirement
- Diploma in Engineer with 2 years’ experience
- Prior relevant experience in Manufacturing
