In this position as a Major Claims Assessor, you will be expected to conduct review, assess and approve of major claims such as death or disability claims within service turnaround time. You will ensure output is accurate and compliant to internal policy and regulatory requirement and meet service objectives.

The ideal incumbent must be able to manage claims investigation independently and attending to service recovery, complaint, appeal and enquiry escalated from customer contact points.

- At least 3+ years of relevant experience assessing major claims
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and work well with various internal/external stakeholders
- Strong team player, highly meticulous and independent
- LOMA certified or equivalent
