This role encompasses working in close cooperation with the Sales Leaders, contributing significantly to the business operations. This role is designed to provide the Management Trainee with a unique learning experience, granting exposure to top-tier executive leadership. They will be involved in important projects and gain understanding of all verticals of the business and industry.
skills and experience required
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field and exhibit strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Furthermore, they should demonstrate exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, a proactive and self-motivated approach to their work, and a keen focus on detail and confidentiality. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is a must, along with a pleasant personality and a genuine passion for sales.
