About the company
Our Client is an established MNC with offices across Europe / US and Asia. As part of their expansion plan in Singapore, they are now hiring for a Manager (HR analytics, Digital, People Technology)to join their team.
Responsibilities
Your role involves:
Leading HR project implementations, creating new functionality and business process improvements.
Partnering with the HR team to gather requirements and prioritize demands to drive IT digitalization initiatives, exploiting new and emerging technology (HR analytics)
Ensuring the HRIS / HCM growth plan is supported by latest technologies and adequate resources. This includes manage manpower and budgetary efforts to ensure that appropriate resources are assigned to key project initiatives.
Skills and experience required
As a successful applicant, you will have at least 3 years of experience in HR Analytics. You should have proven track record in driving process improvements for HR.
Proven track record in engaging with senior business stakeholders is required for this role.
