You will lead a team of internal auditors in end-to-end audit projects including planning of fieldwork and reporting. You will evaluate internal controls, identify risk issues, providing recommendations and action plans for business improvements. You will build strong working relationships with first and second line of defence, reporting to board and senior management team, and participate in strategic business initiatives.

Skills and experience required
Degree in Accountancy/Finance, or any professional qualifications (Certified Internal Auditor/Chartered Accountant/etc.) with at least 8 years of audit/risk working experience in the insurance/banking/financial services industry. In order to succeed, you should possess good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage senior stakeholders. You should be hands-on, and possess the ability to work under tight time line. Big 4 auditors overseeing the insurance portfolio should apply.
