As the real estate landscape changes, our client is seeking to eke more efficiency out of their existing portfolio of commercial assets. As the occupier and property owner, you will be part of the Asset Management team overseeing their rea estate portfolio.

As the business expands and needs of the company changes, you will drive the workplace transformation initiatives. In tandem with the Property Team, you will be involved with property planning and oversee the development of new projects. Undertaking the feasibility studies, asset management plans and studying the change of use, your role is critical to maximising the value of their owned properties. Your ability to analyse the differential premium or increase the intensity of use will allow you to advise the business on how to move forward with their corporate assets. This role will have you working closely with government authorities such as the SLA and URA on all asset enhancement initiatives. If you enjoy determining the property values, evaluating valuation reports and implementing alternative use, this role will keep you engaged as you help future-proof the workplace.

skills and experience required

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • At least 8 years of relevant workplace planning experience (commercial assets)
  • Experienced leading feasibility studies for new development projects
  • Familiar with real estate valuation with working knowledge of financial modelling skills
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate others
  • Relevant qualifications in Real Estate, Estate Management, Building Engineering or related fields will be considered for this role.
