- Collaborate with CEO in setting organizational vision, operations strategy, and hiring levels
- Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth
- Implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning
- Oversee company operations and employee productivity
- Ensure compliance with national and local business regulations
- Oversee Group Operations (manufacturing production, projects management, aftersales & technical support, QHSE), Sales, Group Supply Chain Management, and IT functions
- Manage capital investments and expenses
- Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement
job requirement
- Msc / Degree holder in Engineering
- Minimum 20 years of relevant in the solar / renewable energy / Electric Vehicles / Automotive manufacturing environment
- Min 7 or more years of experience in executive leadership roles
- Experience in managing china manufacturing plant operations will be a big plus
- Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues
- Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics
- Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues
- Handle tech-driven products and excellence in driving changes
