about the job

  • Performs the set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of equipment
  • Responsible for Calibration and Repair of electronic boxes
  • Tests and troubleshoots assemblies and/or final systems
  • Perform assembly and testing on very small precision parts (100 ~ 500 um)
  • May complete rework on assemblies and/or systems as a result of testing
  • Prepares technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problem
  • Perform routine check on all equipment

skills & experience required

  • Diploma / Higher NITEC /NITEC in Mechatronics / Electromechanical / Mechanical / Manufacturing / Electrical Engineering
  • Relevant intership / working experience in cleanroom manufacturing environment
  • Able to read basic engineering drawings
  • Willing to work in northern part of Singapore ( Marsiling / Yishun / Woodlands)
  • Training given to candidate with no experience
  • Able to commit to the shift pattern timing
  • Willing to start off as a 6 month contract role and thereafter renew or convert to permanent
