about the job
This role will be responsible for the distributorship management within the SEA market to achieve sales goals and optimize operational expenses.

Additionally, you will also be responsible for a range of critical tasks that include:

  • Develop and monitor implementation of annual business sales and marketing plans with distributors to maximize achievement of budget.
  • Access effectiveness of distributor’s activity regularly adopting a standardized performance measurement (KPI).
  • Continuously evaluate strategic fit, viability and performance of distributors identifying opportunities and risks
  • Foster and maintain great relationships with key customers and regularly attend trade shows.
  • Performing market analyses for evaluation and assessment of new distributors as well as recommendations for new market entries.

about the manager/team
Reporting to the Sales Director of Distributor Markets, you will manage and develop the business of the organization within the region.

skills & experience required
To be successful in this role, you possess more than 6 years of proven experience in distributorship management or B2B sales role within the medical device industry. You possess a broad proven understanding in running market analysis and identifying new territories and are sales-driven and goal-oriented, capable in conducting and developing trainings.
