Your responsibilities include:
- Data Analysis and Visualisation - Extract and analyse data related to user behaviour, customer journeys, and marketing campaigns with Amplitude and Branch.io. Create dynamic dashboards and reports to communicate insights and trends to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- User Behaviour Analysis - Identify critical user categories and behaviours to enhance product features and user experience. Work with product development teams to put data-driven innovations into practice.
- Marketing Campaign Optimisation - Track and assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, taking into account attribution, conversion rates, and user acquisition. Provide suggestions based on data insights for improving marketing strategy.
- A/B Testing - Run A/B tests to assess impact of product, analyse the findings and offer useful suggestions for improvements.
- Data Quality and Governance - Apply best practices and data quality controls to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency.
- Collaboration Across Functions - Work together with engineers, marketing teams, and product managers to translate business objectives into initiatives that use meaningful data analysis.
skills and experience required
To be an ideal candidate, you should come with at least 3 years of data analytic experience. Due to the nature of the business and the industry, you should come with a strong understanding of marketing analytics, and always keep up with the latest technology in data analytics to propose innovative solutions and techniques.
