I am representing the leading player within the steel roll industry with more than 30 years of history that increases production outputs and resulting in huge savings to their clients globally.
As part of their market expansion, they are looking for a driven individual to be based in their HQ centrally located in Singapore to oversee marketing & sales strategies for their product portfolio and different geographical markets.
About the role
Reporting to the Marketing Head, you will be responsible for the following
- Working closely with senior management to strategize sales planning to maximize profitability and optimisation of resources
- To strategize and implement GTM strategies for new products and services by working closely with cross functional teams such as “Sales, Marketing, R&D”
- Keeping updated on latest industry trends and manage effective competition mapping & tracking system
- Strategize and drive the Annual Business Planning process for the commercial aspects of the annual plans including sales revenue and marketing cost budgets, market strategies and sales planning, competitor analysis, potential new products, and services
- To develop sales & marketing dashboards to support different regional sales and management reviews
- Drive continuous improvements and propose changes in the various marketing and sales processes and systems, including the monthly budget and forecast reviews, order tracking process, complaint management system, etc
Skills and experience required
- Min 7 years of experience in Marketing, Business Planning, Analyst, Technical Sales Operations
- Good industrial knowledge of Steel Manufacturing or having strong industrial b2b background
- Exposure in working with counterparts and clients in different geographical locations
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and driving accurate analysis for key business decisions
- Ability to manage, integrate large quantities of data, and drive meaning with multiple data sets to create insights
