    about the job

    • Reporting to the Marketing Director based in Singapore, you will get to be assisting on developing omniomni-channel marketing activities including events, sales promotions, communications and Public Relations.
    • Handles and assists with strategic brand development and tactical work including advertising, digital and ecommerce, promotions, creative projects, Public relations and event management
    • Lead/participate in development and execution of marketing strategies including brand positioning, communication strategies, advertising and consumer promotion initiatives.
    • Direct agency partners as required to ensure effective and efficient translation of marketing strategies into activation plans
    • Analyze data to identify insights and translate into business initiatives and/or actionable tasks to drive results
    • Conduct strategic analysis and research to support brand goals including: market, consumer, competitor, distribution, pricing and promotion analysis
    • Partner with in-house creative team and agencies to develop brand assets and collaterals
    • Mentor and support the brand management team on existing projects
    • Develop strategic partnerships that further brand and company objectives from conception to execution, to relationship management

    skills and experience required

    • Degree in Mass Communications/Marketing/Business Admin with min. 5 years of relevant Marketing/ Public Relations experience
    • Digital marketing experience will have an added advantage
    • Dynamic team player, enjoys working in fast-paced industries and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams
    • Team mentoring & leadership experience required
    • Self-motivated, possesses a positive & pleasant disposition and ability to interact well with people from all levels
    • Experience in managing external partners – advertising and digital marketing agencies
    • Possess excellent writing and communication skills in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
    • This is an ideal role for an experienced, organized and detail-oriented mar com professional with background in FMCG/retail/agency environment.
