As part of their business expansion, they are looking for a Marketing Campaigns Manager to devise and implement campaign strategies to drive prospective student enrollment rates and increase brand awareness to maintain its status as one of the market leaders within its field.
About the role
Reporting to the Marketing Director, your responsibilities would includes
- Collaborate with the leadership team to create a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives and market dynamics.
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, etc.) to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
- Identify target segments and develop marketing plans to generate qualified leads for Sales Team to follow up
- Ensure all campaigns are aligned with the brand guidelines and deliver consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to adjust strategies and tactics as needed.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.
- Collaborate with the regional marketing team to leverage global campaigns and adapt them for the local market.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure the effective delivery of marketing services.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation, campaign performance, and ROI to the Country Director and Regional Marketing Head.
- Use analytics and insights to drive continuous improvement in marketing strategies and tactics.
Skills and experience required
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns that drive lead generation.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a marketing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and marketing analytics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
