    Job description

    • Reporting to the Business Unit Head based in Singapore with a dotted line reporting to the founder,

    Managing a small marketing team, you will get to be responsible for:

    Digital Marketing, Social media content Creation (Social Media)

    Overseeing and reviewing our content creation & publishing process.

    Approving new content and managing internal and external content creators

    Managing content scheduling, publishing and developing schedules across multiple channels (Social Media, Instagram, Facebook) and approving scheduled content ensuring accuracy and correctness.

    Running Sales & promotions

    Planning, executing & reporting various sales and offers throughout the year.

    Marketing, Sales & Social Media Channel Growth & Development

    Launching new marketing, sales and social media channels. Developing existing channel best practices and evolving processes and procedures.

    Email Campaigns

    Checking and sending weekly newsletters. Developing, improving and reporting on email campaigns. Launching new email marketing strategies.

    Blog Growth

    Development, growth and maintenance of our online blogs.

    Growing Ambassadorship / influencer management

    Liaising with and onboarding brand ambassadors and implementing our ambassador programme.

    Internal Marketing Team & Cross-Team Communication

    Keeping good open communication with other Managers, Executives and of course our Directors.

    Social Media, Campaign & Website Analytics

    Reviewing analytics and KPI targets. Drawing insights from collected data to present solutions and highlight opportunities.

    Trend Monitoring & Reporting

    Always staying up to date with marketing and social media trends. Reporting these trends to Senior Management and proposing new ideas and solutions

    The successful applicant

    • Bachelor Degree / Diploma is essential with hands on marketing experience within the consumer business.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a 360 marketing role handling
    • Passionate about health & wellness / health foods sector
    • Strong exposure to Digital marketing / social media engagement.
    • Confident in public speaking / Marketing Communications
