Campaign Execution

  • Execute, monitor and optimize regional marketing campaigns and activities, with a focus on delivery of content and event logistics.
  • Support regional marketing team and local marketing communications network with pre, onsite and post campaign management
  • Increase campaign outreach, contact acquisition, lead generation and sales conversion
  • Champion SFDC campaign usage for campaign planning measurement and monitoring.
  • Executive campaign workflow, templates, tools and reports to optimize campaign KPI

Event, Production & Print Management

  • Execute event, production and print for regional use with clear objectives, budget, timeline, deliverables, ROI measurement and outcome. Coordinate with the local marketing communication network for localization where necessary.
  • Execute regional events from planning, execution, closed-loop CRM with customer feedback to sales follow through, by using clearly defined best practices, tools, templates and user guides. Includes Conference, Tradeshow, Product Launch, Roadshow, workshops and seminars
  • Vendor management for event, design and print with due diligence on business courtesy for vendor selection and budget management

Digital Marketing

  • Working with demand generation and local marketing communications network, execute digital marketing plan to increase branding, customer engagement and campaign KPI
  • Work with demand generation to identify opportunities and adapt content to increase campaign touch points, lead capture and ROI tracking by leveraging digital channels
  • This includes content optimization for search engine marketing, advertorial, social media, third party collaboration, corporate website, webinar, and email campaign
  • Support localization of global campaigns and eBusiness deployment for translation and localization requirements
  • Communication
  • Develop clear, concise and targeted copywriting in support of communication initiatives across Asia Pacific
  • Maintain communication tools, templates, distribution lists and SOPs for communication, registration and feedback form for both print and online
  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, legal, regulatory, compliance and IT requirements.
  • Support roll-out of internal and external brand initiatives and communications across the region.

General Marcom Administration and Support

  • Work with stakeholder and project teams for marketing initiatives, budget management, and marketing communication platforms. This includes finance, compliance, legal, regulatory, logistics, IT as well as channel partners
  • Maintain overall regional marketing activities calendar
  • Manage third-party vendors for the development and production of marketing deliverables including messaging, print, web, newsletters and sales collateral
  • Support regional marketing operations and commercial team for adhoc projects

skills and experience required

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business or any related field
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in a similar role – highly prefer with regional exposure
  • Knowledge of marketing mix, communication channels (social media, search engines, online advertising) and target segmentation across Asia Pacific is an advantage
  • Basic proficiency in design tools; knowledge in Adobe design software is highly advantageous.
  • Familiar with marketing automation, print and production process.
