about the job
In this position, you will be reporting to the General Manager, focusing on performance-driven marketing. You will be responsible for operating marketing campaigns for the company’s portfolio to profitably grow its user base and revenue. Other responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage a team of 5-10 marketing and creative executives.
- Define the strategy and action plan to carry out the marketing strategy for each of the portfolio.
- Create the marketing strategy using a variety of paid and owned mediums, tools, as well as partners/agencies.
- Maintain control over the creative process to ensure that the approach is consistent, to encourage alternative ideas and creativity, and to support a data-driven strategy.
- Provide guidance and encourage growth to elevate each team member's contribution to the group's efforts.
skills and experience required
Ideally, you are someone with a strong understanding of the gaming/B2C field, with a proven track record in marketing leadership through growing customer base/revenue. You are data-driven and results-oriented, with the capability to navigate performance, retention and revenue indicators to study the success of marketing efforts and play a crucial role in a company's profitability. You should also come with people management experience, with the ability to build and manage high performing marketing teams. Due to the nature of the business, you are someone who thinks out of the box and is not afraid to come up with unorthodox ideas.
