Job description

Reporting to the Marketing Manager based in Singapore, you will get to be responsible to support and implement marketing plans for the product category or to assist in promotion projects (ad-hoc) to support the business growth.

  • Supports in integration of brand marketing initiatives in alignment with brand strategies to achieve business plans and objectives for the category
  • Support new initiatives to improve on the brands website.
  • Support and deliver effective campaigns through various touchpoints such as digital platforms, BTL in-store and ATL
  • Provide ideas and input into the 360 marketing plans for social media, ATL & BTL Activities and in-store activities during the annual business plan.

Key driver in Implementation and execution of:

approved brand activities in line with brand strategy and work closely with all relevant parties (internal and external) and ensure Business Plans and Brand Objectives are achieved.

Participate and work closely with:

  • sales team on in-store activities inclusive of sampling & promoter program
  • agency for development of POSM and other communication materials and delivery arrangement

Day-to-day project management:

  • Support and follow ups of new launch and other marketing projects
  • Participate in agencies meetings, sales & marketing meetings and other ad-hoc meetings and work closely with Marketing Manager

Monitor, report and analyze:

  • post evaluation and learnings of the brand’s related activities and campaigns.
  • competitive analysis which includes monitor, review, analyze competitors activities such as pricing,
  • communications, launches / relaunches, marketing activities and market share
  • A&P - track and monitor actual spend against budget
  • monthly report, activities monitoring and update

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in business / marketing is highly essential

  • At least 2-5 years work experience in FMCG / Consumer Healthcare sector / B2C only
  • Able to work in a fast moving working environment, able to prioritize and manage different projects based on business needs
  • Strong organizational skills. Motivated in meeting tight deadlines
  • Keen eye for detail and highly meticulous.
  • Good communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional team
