about the job
Reporting in to Senior Management, you will be responsible for conceptualising and executing all marketing and branding of the organisation. You will manage a team of 3 to execute omni-channel marketing activities including offline traditional marketing, digital marketing, campaigns, promotions, events and branding. Main responsibilities include:
- Overall ownership of marketing funnel and development of relevant marketing plans, including budgeting, communications, branding and events
- Managing day-to-day marketing strategy and operations while providing reports and analyses to demonstrate effective ROI to key stakeholders
- Monitor and optimise channels and marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives around quality and scale
- Plan, conceptualise and create content all marketing related content, including digital (website, social media), offline content, marketing collaterals etc.
- Driving the tone and ensuring consistency in brand messaging and positioning across all offline and online content
- Strategize and execute the company’s public relations plans
skills and experience required
- Ideally you are a marketing professional with 6 years of relevant experience, preferably from the insurance / financial services sector
- At least 3 years of management experience leading a small team of about 3-5 FTEs
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Communications or a related field
- Previous B2B and B2C experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to build good relationships with all key business stakeholders in the region
- Strong experience with branding, including developing brand strategy and end to end marketing plans
