    Our client is a well-known multinational corporation (MNC) within the Food and Beverage sector. They have more than 1000 stores worldwide. Being a leading F&B retailer, they are constantly seeking to expand their footprint and establish themselves as a dominant player in the market.

    about the manager/team

    Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be in charge of managing a team of 3, assisting with executing the digital marketing campaigns and overseeing the successful implementation.

    about the job

    We are currently looking to hire a Marketing Manager to join the dynamic marketing team! You will be primarily responsible for campaign execution and digital marketing.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conceptualising, executing, and optimising integrated digital marketing campaigns.
    • Provide ongoing reporting and campaign insights to stakeholders.
    • Coordinate local tactical marketing campaigns in conjunction with the associated partners and stakeholders.
    • Manage the digital marketing budget with the allocation of appropriate budgets.
    • Driving, measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns (Website Optimisation, Social Media, Search Engine Optimization Content, Email Marketing)
    • Manage in-store marketing collaterals (posters, banners, menu boards) and track marketing campaign performance.
    • Analyse and track digital marketing data and to provide insights to marketing strategy.
    • Work closely with the creative and marketing agencies by generating briefs and key takeaways in increasing the average spending and acquisition of new customers.
    • Arrangement of photoshoots for the new and upcoming food items
    • Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management

    skills and experience required

    • You should ideally have 6 years of digital marketing and campaign execution experience in the F&B or B2C sector
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Demonstrated proven capability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast moving environment
    • Persistent, enthusiastic to learn new skills and have a can-do attitude
