Reporting to the Head of Marketing Manager based in Singapore,
You are responsible for strategic brand development, advertising, digital and ecommerce, promotions, creative projects, public relations and event management.
- Lead/participate in development and execution of marketing strategies including brand positioning, communication strategies, advertising and consumer promotion initiatives.
- Analyze data to identify insights, work with in house creative team and translate into business initiatives and/or actionable tasks to drive results
- Conduct strategic analysis and research to support brand goals including: market, consumer, competitor, distribution, pricing and promotion analysis
- A people management role to support the brand management team on existing projects and manage external agencies too
- Develop strategic partnerships that further brand and company objectives from conception to execution, to relationship management
Requirements:
- Degree in Mass Communications/Marketing/Business Admin with 10 years of relevant Marketing/ Public Relations experience.
- Digital marketing experience will have an added advantage.
- Dynamic team player, enjoys working in fast-paced industries and able to collaborate with cross-function teams. Team mentoring & leadership experience required.
- Self-motivated, possesses a positive & pleasant disposition and ability to interact well with people from all levels.
- Experience in managing external partners – advertising and digital marketing agencies.
- Possess excellent writing and communication skills
- This is an ideal role for an experienced, organized and detail-oriented marcom professional with background in FMCG/retail/agency environment.
