about the role:
- Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will collaborate closely with the marketing team to implement strategies that align with the club's brand vision and objectives.
- You will oversee all marketing activities for the club, including content creation, event coordination, and member communication, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand experience across all channels.
- Lead all marketing efforts, including the curation of weekly newsletters, event invitations, membership collateral, social media content, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Ensure all content is consistent with the club's branding and resonates with its target audience.
- Collaborate with the management team to plan and develop the club's event program, identify potential local partnerships, and capitalize on Public Relations opportunities to enhance the club's visibility and reputation.
- Work closely with various internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of communication plans, from conceptualization to delivery. Coordinate with global marketing teams to ensure brand-wide consistency and effective communication.
- Oversee the creation of engaging and brand-aligned content across various marketing channels, including working with in-house media teams to produce industry-leading video content. Collaborate with designers to develop high-quality marketing materials that adhere to branding guidelines.
- Conceptualize, manage, and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns, seeking opportunities for media coverage and promotional activations. Provide support for business development initiatives to drive the club’s growth objectives.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing insights and reports to guide future strategies.
- Drive and champion brand-aligned collaborations with the membership and events teams to enhance member experiences and club offerings.
skills and experience required:
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of proven marketing experience in the hospitality / luxury industry, with a strong understanding of brand development and content creation.
- A passion and deep understanding of wine is essential.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
