In this role, you will be reporting to directly to the General Manager and you will be taking on an autonomous role overseeing end-to-end marketing activities within the organisation. Other responsibilities include:

Oversee all marketing initiatives, including developing and implementing digital marketing strategies and Public Relations, content production, and social media campaigns.
Follow up with analytical result reports on regularly following implementation to check for advancements.
Keep track of industry developments and competition and stay current on trends and tools to support lifelong learning.
Work closely with the Hong Kong HQ team for various Marketing and Public Relations activities, with the help of external agencies.
Increase brand recognition in Singapore and the benefits to residents by identifying cooperation opportunities and creating co-partnership events and promotions.
Plan the year's promotional activities in close collaboration with the sales team and community team.

skills and experience required

Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with background in boutique hotel, serviced apartment or marketing agency will be a plus.
Experience in management of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, email, social media, video advertising, display/mobile ad campaigns, and Google Adwords campaign optimization
Knowledge in Google Analytics is a plus.
Good capacity to prioritize and manage various activities while maintaining organization
Creative, driven, results-driven, and a strong team player
