About the role
Reporting to the Head of Segment Marketing for SMB
- Work closely with Senior management to strategize market growth within the SMB Segment that is aligned with organizational”s branding and objectives
- This involves being proactive in understanding products' features and value proposition along with a good understanding of market trends within the SMB segment and working closely with industry partners and cross functional teams.
- Provide a consultative approach to SMB market by understanding their pain points and customizing solutions to their needs to both new and existing partners
- You will Implement customer usage metrics & implementation of solution-focused Sell-To & Sell-Through reporting.
- To manage the lifecycle of assigned initiatives, including demonstrating operational success and recommending further iterations.
Skills and experience required
- Min 4 years of relevant experience within the Tech/ICT Industry
- Experience in developing new partners and maintaining long-term relationships with existing partners
- Able to work in a fast paced environment and is able to keep abreast of latest developments within the industry
