    About the company

    I am exclusively representing one of the leading telecommunications conglomerates headquartered in Singapore and one of the largest mobile network operators and the leading player in spearheading digitalisations within the local landscape. As part of their expansion, they are looking for a candidate to drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities for their targeted consumers segment.

    About the role

    Reporting to the Associate Director , your responsibilities will includes the following:

    • To work closely with senior management to strategize up-sell opportunities for targeted segment (higher affluent consumers) for their telecommunications products and services
    • You will be task with identifying new opportunities to drive revenue across existing consumers and executive Go to Marketing strategies
    • Responsible for high net worth customer segment group research including extracting customer data and analyzing profiles to determine market segment requirements.
    • Responsible for all customer segment group research including extracting customer data and analyzing profiles to determine high net worth market segment requirements.
    • This role require good data analytical skills where you would need to derive insights from reports and statistics to identify high revenue opportunities based on consumers” usages
    • You will assist to drive and implement programs to engage with target audiences across both online and offline platforms
    • You will be in charge of improving organizational product and service branding by working closely with cross functional marketing teams and to strategize to fulfill KPIs that includes consumer retention , number of ads on, revenue growth from existing customers.
    • To evaluate the marketing funnel to review digital campaigns effectiveness across channel

    Skills and experience required

    • B2C marketing segmentation experience with strong data analysis skills
    • Understanding of digital ads that includes creation, formats & copywriting
    • Experience in ATL & BTL marketing activities and in a fast paced environment
