Our client is a leading A1 main contractor with over 25 years of history in Singapore. Their projects are mainly condominiums, HDB, industrial, mixed development, theme parks and MRTs. Currently they are looking for Senior/ M&E QS to be based in their HQ. 5 days work per week.Responsibilities:-To take control of the M&E project cost and value management of the project.-To assist with preparation, maintenance and agreement of project accounts.-To attend tender interviews for prospective subcontractors.-To be responsible for claims, variation order, budget & cost control and settlement of final account.-To perform cost analysis and dynamic monitoring on projects cost data. Job Requirements-Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent. -At least 5 years of working experience in the local construction industry. Less than 5 years of working experience can be considered as M&E QS. -Good interpersonal skills.
