Due to their steady expansion, they are looking for a high calibre Mid-Market Sales Manager to join them.

    In this role, you will be responsible for expanding the Commercial Sales team's footprint in the small to mid-sized market by undertaking a hunter role that prioritizes Target Accounts while acquiring new clients in your designated territory. You will maintain a healthy pipeline by effectively qualifying leads and offers, and by controlling the whole sales process from sourcing to deal closure. Additionally, you will collaborate with various internal departments to ensure efficient strategy and deal closure.

    Skills and experience required

    Ideally, you have a solid B2B sales experience in the Tech space. A plus would be comprehensive expertise of international payroll, global PEO or employee of record. You are a team player and have exceptional conversation skills. Working in a start-up firm, you are comfortable in working in fast-paced environments and have strong problem-solving skills.
