- Ensure that communication and follow up to clients are sent out timely
- Report and escalate issues to stakeholders in a timely manner
- Ensure all internal reporting and matrixes are adhere to the onboarding/implementation governance
- Review and verify on-boarding document as per the Checklist to ensure accuracy and maintain high level of operational risk controls
- Provide quality services to external stakeholders
- Cooperate and provide support to the project team in implementation of remediation project
- Attending conference calls before/after office hours may be required
skills and experience required
- Possess at least 2 years of banking experience in a client-facing capacity
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work under pressure while adhering to tight deadlines
- Strong writing, presentation and oral communication skills
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with stakeholders
