Our client is an established company in the Oil & Gas industry. They are looking for an individual with experience supporting global mobility and operations to be part of their HR team.
about the job
This role will be part of the shared services team. Reporting into the team lead, you will:
- Support end-to-end employee lifecycle from on-boarding to off-boarding
- Be the point of contact for all mobility related processes to internal stakeholders
- Provide advice and support for regulations in countries which the company has operations in
- Establish and update company policy and guidelines for internal mobility and relocation on issues including taxation, permits and local legislation
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR Operations team to support on-boarding and relocation, ensuring proper documentation
- Support other HR projects as assigned
skills and experience required
- Diploma/Degree in any specialisation
- Minimum 4 years’ of HR experience, experience with global mobility
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Independent and self-motivated
- Collaborative and a team player
