• Support and expand the hybrid infrastructure in the areas of networking, security
• Maintain the networking and IT security platform assets and services such as contracts, inventory, life cycle, regular upgrades, security policies and optimising their operation and deployment.
• Support the hybrid connectivity between data centre, branches, partners, and cloud providers
• Manage the networking and security platform for day-to-day operation including changes and monitoring, these include Cisco switches/routers, Checkpoint/FortiGate firewalls, wireless management, network authentication platforms and Security SaaS products: Zscaler, Cloudflare, Azure and others.
• Provide recommendations in enhancing the company IT platform in the areas of networking security and automation.
• Update technical manuals regarding operation, procedures and networking and security schematics.
• Work alongside partners and vendors to ensure suitable and cost-effective networking and security services are provided to the company.
• Encouraging and building automated process where possible.
• Identifying and deploying cybersecurity measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessment and risk management in collaboration with the operation and infosec teams.

Skills and experience required

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in networking, security system

• Solid networking knowledge: Advanced networking, OSI, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, SSL/TLS, Routing, IPsec/VPN, MPLS, SDWAN, Thread prevention, DNS, DHCP, IPS, security policies, firewall, WAF, DDOS, SIEM, endpoint device management, Layer 7 security and networking troubleshooting tools
• Understanding of security operations concepts, perimeter defense, endpoint management and security metrics
• Knowledge of operation of public cloud services – either Azure, AWS, Google
• Awareness of critical concepts in DevOps and Agile principles.
