Collaborate with a senior engineer to distribute and implement engineering projects.
Develop, strategize, and engineer various network platforms and systems to meet specific product requirements and operational needs.
Support and cooperate with the operations team in daily activities involving production platforms, with a focus on the ASEAN region.
Provide assistance in maintaining internal systems and servers, offering IT support to colleagues, and enforcing IT policies across ASEAN offices.
Aid in managing and controlling inventory of networking and IT assets in adherence to company policies.
Address customer complaints and inquiries by coordinating with Customer Services and Sales.
Fulfill emergency duties as required.

Responsibilities for Information Security:

Adhere to and implement the organization's information security policies.
Safeguard the security of the company's information and computing assets.
Report security events, vulnerabilities, and incidents following the established procedure.
