You will be responsible to conduct due diligence assessment and issuance of medical memo upon request and check all forms and documents for completeness and correctness before sending the case directly to Underwriter/Reinsurer. The ideal incumbent will be required to liaise directly with Intermediaries and coordinate requirements for the applications and assist to answer enquiries from customers and intermediaries promptly. skills & experience required

• 2+ years of working experience in new business or policy servicing team - life/health insurance experience preferred
• Certified with M5, M9 will be advantageous
• Ability to communicate fluently and effectively in written and verbal communication
• Meticulous and able to ensure accuracy in the information provided to intermediaries and clients
