In this position as an Operation Executive, you will be part of the Singapore Operations team, supporting the business development & client management team in all aspects of account acquisition and maintenance to ensure maximum effectiveness of internal processes.

The ideal incumbent is expected to act as key contact to brokers and clients for a defined book of business in relation to the quotation preparation and implementation setup stage and take ownership of quotations by ensuring internal processes are followed and deadlines are met. You will provide support to the business development team by ensuring that all new business cases are implemented accurately and in a professional manner.

skills and experience required

Experience in Health Insurance or Broking background highly preferred
2+ years of experience in sales support/administrative functions
Relevant insurance certification such as BCP, PGI and HI preferred but not mandatory
Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines while managing priorities
