    about the role

    You will be part of the Asia Management team where you will work closely with the CEO of the Singapore branch and Regional Heads to support them with ongoing project & business management.

    • Assist with the execution of Singapore business strategy
    • Support CEO with the various governance and Branch committee meetings
    • Perform analysis and financial modelling to understand performance trends
    • Collaborate closely with relevant branch stakeholders across the three lines of defense on matters pertaining to branch governance, regulatory compliance and business strategy
    • Work closely with the first- and second-line teams to ensure regulatory change impacting the Singapore branch is successfully embedded
    • Monitor and manage non-financial risks, including tracking incidents and ensuring that they are remediated within stipulated timelines
    • Prepare, develop and design presentations for target audience groups

    skills & experience required

    • Minimum Degree
    • At least 7 years of Business Management or relevant experience within the Corporate/Wholesale Banking industry
    • Good understanding of operational and non-financial risks
    • Knowledge of Financial concepts
    • Advanced MS Office skills including PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Visio
    • Strong research skills
    • Excellent communications skills
    • Strong time management, influencing and stakeholder management skills
    • Project management skills is a plus
