about the job

  • Reviewed requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide meaningful feedback for potential gaps
  • Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured inspection plans and collaborate with cross functions to improve tests.
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate customers’ escalations and feedback. Investigate the causes of non-conformances and to implement solutions
  • Identify, record, document thoroughly and track internal manufacturing index
  • Liaise with internal teams (e.g. Engineers, Logistics, Commodity ) to identify system gaps and improved on manufacturing flow requirements
  • Track quality assurance metrics
  • Handle Production feedback and review non-conformities
  • Review First Article Report Qualification

skills & experience required

  • Degree / Diploma in Quality/ Electrical / Mechanical engineering
  • Min 3 years of related experience in a semiconductor manufacturing assembly environment
  • Well versed with Lean manufacturing, FMEA, 8D, PDCA, six sigma
  • Able to interpret drawings and technical documents
  • Knowledge of new product introduction systems, processes and standards
  • Willing to work in northern part of Singapore (Woodlands / Yishun / Ang Mo Kio)
