On-Premises Cloud Virtualization:

• Able to manage, administer, and monitor all aspects of infrastructure.
• Build, configure, and troubleshoot virtualization environments.
• Capacity management and reporting.
• Preferred knowledge and experience in Nutanix HCI and related services.

Windows (90%) and Linux (10%):

• Able to provision new machines upon request.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate for vendor support as needed.
• Maintain patch compliance through patch management tools.

AWS EC2, CloudWatch, RDS, VPC, Storage Services:

• Able to provision new virtual machines upon request.
• Troubleshoot and escalate customer issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain patch compliance through patch management tools.

Veeam Backup:

• Able to manage, administer, and monitor all aspects of backup.
• Manage backup agents and policies.
• Troubleshoot and escalate backup failures to vendors as required.
