    about the job

    As a head of organisation and development, your role will be overseeing three key aspects: organisation design and manpower planning, career and job redesign, talent management, succession planning, and understanding how to develop talent by implementing effective leadership development methods. You will be responsible for designing and implementing relevant interventions and interacting with relevant stakeholders.

    about the manager/team

    You will be the head of organisation development and report directly to the head of CHRO.

    skills and experience required

    The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree with at least ten years of relevant working experience. Candidates should also be strong communicators who can encourage collaboration, be collaborative individuals, and communicate with various stakeholders.
