My client is within the academia space, looking for an Organizational Development Senior Manager to join the team.
about the job
As the OD Senior Manager, you will be working closely with the L&D Director and HRD on OD, change management. You will work with external vendors on employee engagement surveys and customize surveys in context of the organization. You will be working closely with internal stakeholders with regards to innovation projects and organizing forums, presenting compelling insights on human capital. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
  • Lead and oversee change management
  • Increase the effectiveness of the organization in terms of all of its goals
  • Leading/ driving the organisational review & design process
  • Ensuring the readiness of the organization to the future business growth ambitions
  • Lead employee engagement behaviour & culture initiatives
  • Analyzing business structures, procedures, processes, and the utilization of resources.
  • Designing and implementing a variety of developmental initiatives, action plans, programs, and training materials.
  • Interviewing personnel and facilitating targeted skills development initiatives
  • Documenting processes and presenting progress reports to executives and senior managers.
skills and experience required
You should come with at least 5 years of OD experience, preferably minimally 2 years in an internal role and come with a Bachelor's Degree of any field. You should be analytical, highly organized and be equipped with good communication skills in presenting or facilitating discussion.
