about the job

You will need to provide secretarial support for the CEO limited not only to expenses claims, business trip travel arrangements, meeting and scheduling arrangements and suggesting and booking of restaurants for client luncheons and dinners. You will also have the opportunity to be exposed to coordinating internal events. You will also be responsible for the management of the Singapore office.

about the manager / team

This role reports to the CEO.

skills & experience required

The ideal incumbent should be tertiary educated with at least 5 years of relevant executive secretarial work experience, preferably in a Japanese MNC as well. You should also be proficient in both English and Japanese Language is required (minimally JLPT2, since the incumbent will be undertaking translation duties from English to Japanese Language and vice versa). This job is well-suited for somebody who is vocal, happy to suggest and implment changes, outspoken and with a "can-do" attitude.
