t relocation, assignment of lockers to employees, and preparing any logistics for event set up or tear down. You will need to be comfortable with physical and manual labour as this incumbent will need to move boxes of items/documents for storage regularly. In the long run, you will be given opportunities to be exposed to other administrative tasks and be trained on Excel skills to update and maintain tracking spreadsheets/reports for the organisation.
about the manager/team
You will report directly to the Manager of the team and will be working with 4-5 other colleagues in the team.
skills and experience required
You should be tertiary educated and come with at least 2 years of experience in providing office administrative support in a corporate environment. You will need to have a good eye for detail, be meticulous, and be organised in your day to day work. As the role requires movement of documents / boxes across different floors within the building, you will need to be physically fit and comfortable with manual labour whenever required. Being a good team player, proficient in using IT applications (including Microsoft Excel), will help you succeed in this role.
