about the company

my client is an FMCG MNC with a strong presence across Europe and plans to expand their offices in Asia. They are a leader in their field and have grown in success over the recent years. They are setting up a brand new office here in Singapore and providing an exciting opportunity to be part of the new team.

about the job

reporting to the HR Manager you will be in charge of managing facilities and equipment across the office and maintaining tidiness and order across the office common area. You will also be responsibile for stationery and pantry purchase and liaising with external vendors. You will perform reception duties and take care of receiving guests and courier services as well as booking of meeting rooms. You will also be required to perform administrative support to the team on an ad-hoc basis such as expense claims and scheduling appointments. This requires a switched-on, organised multi-tasker who is capable of working in a new set-up environment and running the office smoothly and efficiently. In return you will have the opportunity to play a vital role in helping to build a new team and be part of the companies exiting expansion plans.

skills and experience required

the ideal candidate will be a degree holder with experience working in an adminiatrative capacity in an International enviroment. Ideally you will have experience working in a newly set-up office environment and experience in FMCG industry is a plus.
