about the company

The company is a UK MNC specializing in executive search. The Singapore office is located in CBD area and offer very good employment benefits to staff.

about the job

You will be responsible for overall office administration for the Singapore office. You will be seated at the Reception desk so as to meet and greet occasional visitors. However, there are no incoming calls for you to handle thus you will be able to focus on your day to day duties peacefully alone at the front desk. In addition, you will be responsible for business travel arrangements within the APAC region. This includes flights, hotel and ground transport booking. The travel volume is not high and limited to about 10 travel bookings a month, most of which are domestic flight. The company believes in corporate social responsibility and in your role you will have the opportunity to coordinate CSR initiatives.

about the manager / team

You will be reporting to the Business Coordination Manager, who has been with the organization for a long time. There is also very low attrition rate within the team.

skills & experience required

This role requires somebody who is able to speak and write very good English, due to frequent communication with colleagues from Australia. You should also be driven, energetic and not afraid to speak to colleagues of different nationalities and levels. This role is well-suited for somebody who enjoys being involved in CSR work. You must also possess minimum 5 years of office administration experience within a corporate office environment.
