about the job
In this role, you will help to support office operations alongside the Office Manager and take care of employee welfare, including vendor management, attending to visitors, managing room bookings, taking care of office and pantry supplies, answering and directing phone calls, as well as maintaining overall upkeep of the office space. You will need to help manage travel bookings, take care of visitors from global offices and coordinate onboarding for new hires. Supporting office renovation/relocation projects and helping with company events will also fall under your care.

You will be reporting to the Office Manager and will work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
skills and experience required
The ideal candidate should be tertiary educated and come with at least 2 years of relevant experience in office administrative support. You will need to have good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks concurrently, and the ability to be independent in executing your duties. Being able to work closely with a multicultural team and stay on top of your tasks, will contribute to your success in this role.
