about the company
My client is an international real estate developer, looking for an Office Admin to join the team.


about the job
You will be providing administrative duties such as recording information, data entry, expense claims, invoicing and other administrative duties. You will be helping out with filing, shredding, photocopying of documents. You will help with office managment in maintaining common areas, maintain office supplies and coordinating events. You will help to receive guests as required, answer phone calls and reply emails. You will be assigned to other ad hoc duties.


about the manager/team
You will be working with a lean team, working closely with the Head of Office and the Executive Assistant to the MD.


skills and experience required
You should have at least 1 year of administrative or corporate experience. You must be proficient in Microsoft office, especially with Excel. You should be an individual with good communication skills, proactive, flexibile and possess a can-do attitude.
