As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible to provide end-to-end administrative support for the office and campus facilities within the institution. You will be the main point of contact liaising with external vendors and contractors for office improvement, maintenance and repair work. You will need to manage the office and pantry supplies, and manage on-boarding / off-boarding logistics, including staff lockers and access cards. You will be roped in to help coordinate for large-scale campus events and activities, and for the decoration of the campus during festive seasons. Other general administrative duties, such as data entry, attending to guests, setting up of meetings and managing mail and courier services, will also be assigned to you as and when required.

You will be reporting directly to the Director of the department and will work closely with all colleagues in the office to provide for the welfare of the employees.
skills and experience required
You should be tertiary educated and come with at least 2 years of experience in an office administrative role. Being a team player with a positive attitude and being able to navigate challenging situations in a start-up environment will contribute to your success in the role. You should also have great communication skills to interact efficiently with stakeholders and strong organisational skills to manage and prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
