    In the role of an Office Administrator, you will be required to complete a broad variety of administrative tasks to support the day to day operations of the organization. Your job responsibilities include coordinating the full spectrum of office administration responsibilities, including but not limited to the procurement of supplies, extensive travel coordination, vendor management as well as the maintenance of office equipment. To succeed in the role, you should be an individual equipped with strong communication skills and business acumen, in order to manage and control office expenses and establish amicable relationships with vendors so as to secure optimal rates for the business.

    Additionally, you will be required to render your assistance in a cross functional capacity, supporting the corporate coordination team in ad hoc assignments.

    about the manager/team
    This role reports directly to the Office Manager.

    skills and experience required
    The incumbent should be tertiary educated with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in providing administrative support within a multinational organization. To succeed in this role, you must possess high organization skills and inductive reasoning aptitude to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive initiatives. It is essential that you have great interpersonal and communication skills with a strong command in English to communicate with stakeholders of various nationalities. The ideal incumbent should also be meticulous, resourceful and tech savvy with a demonstrated ability to exercise judgment and discretion in enhancing work efficiency.
