Our client is one of the top leader in the banking industry. The Innovation’s team is seeking an experienced Office Assistant to support for 6 months. This team support position will require a highly motivated and resourceful person who has a willingness to learn. The Team has expanded consistently over the year.

about the role

This fast paced environment will allow you to utilise your Office Assistant experience by providing a high level of support to the team. Working closing with the Office Manager your duties will include plan team offsite meeting, team travel, scheduling of internal and external meeting, assisting in monitoring and coordination of budget management. You will maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality and discretion while liaising across departments.

skills and requirement

To be successful in this role you need to be a self starter with independent judgement advanced IT skills, particularly in using MS Office. Your courteous and polite nature will assist you when forming relationships with your team and external stakeholders. You will work at a fast pace in a demanding environment and be proactive in your approach to work. Being resourceful with online research and email communication skills will be most advantage to you.
