about the job
In this role you will perform the full scope of office management for the team in Singapore. The office was renovated just 1 year ago, hence it will be day to day admin operations of the office. Your other job responsibility includes calendar management and any travel arrangements for domestic and international business travel for the COO. You will be required to attend to visitors, answering calls for the office, and receiving and sending courier packages. The duties also include upkeep and maintenance of the office and its supplies, as well as preparation and coordination for meetings, training and company events. In this role, supporting the Singapore team on occasional expenses claims and business travel arrangements. Otherwise, it is mainly EA support to the COO.

You will be reporting to the COO of the office in Singapore.
skills and experience required
The ideal candidate should be tertiary educated and come with at least 5 years of administrative and secretarial experience, preferably familiar wthin financial services. To succeed in this role, you should be equipped with great interpersonal skills and possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic book-keeping experience is required.
