This tier 1 professional services firm with it’s headquarter in the United Kingdom seeks an Office & Facilities Manager to join the team.

about the job

As an office manager to an international firm, you act as a business partner to senior stakeholders in the firm. You listen, analyse and provide solutions to problems to ensure smooth operation in the office. Your scope include end to end facilities management, liaison with building management on leases and contracts, building and maintaining vendor relationship, office administration, people management, workforce planning, managing performance appraisal processes, and provide collaborative support to regional projects.

skills & experience required

To excel in this role, you would come with 8 years of facilities and office management experience in a MNC or professional services firm, ideally with people management exposure. You are an excellent communicator and with ability to put on your strategic thinking hat while getting your hands dirty to get things done! In return, this role pays up to SGD8000 with excellent welfare benefits.
