about the company
Our Client is a established offshore legal firm who has strong operations across thirteen offices. The Singapore office is seeking a driven individual to join as an Office and HR Administrator.

about the job

Reporting into the Office & HR Manager, you would be providing end to end office administration including vendor management, facilities management, organising of company events, HR tasks including leave administration, applying and renewing of work passes with the MOM, organising of personal files, simple manpower reporting and covering the frontdesk duties as required.

To be successful in this role, you are a self starter, a team player and is someone who portrays a willingness to help, learn and grow with the firm.

skills & experience required

You would be diploma qualified from a recognised institution and come with at least 2 years of office admin and/or HR admin experiences. In return, this role offers up to S$3500 monthly base salary with bonuses and benefits.
