about the job
You will be an important member of the business support team in Singapore to provide superb assistance in terms of office management, secretarial and administrative support, as well as HR administrative duties. You will be required to extend secretarial support to the Partner, assist the team with travel arrangements, collaborate with global PAs to schedule internal meetings, sit in for meetings with the Partner to note down and track key follow up actions required. You will also be working hand in hand with the HR Manager based in Hong Kong to carry out HR duties for the local office, such as hiring interns, taking care of onboarding and offboarding processes and organising events for the team.
about the manager/team
You will report directly to the Partner based in Singapore and will collaborate with internal counterparts and external vendors regularly.
skills and experience required
You should be tertiary educated and have at least 4 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably with either office administrative, secretarial and/or HR support experience. You will need to have good prioritisation skills when multitasking and the ability to keep on top of your tasks with minimal supervision. Being proactive and flexible at work, coupled with a keen learning attitude, will contribute to your success in this position.
